Dr. Mawlai AL Hassan Taher
- Dr. Moulay participated with his country’s delegation in the Uruguay Trade Negotiations from 1987 to 1994. After that, he joined the Permanent Mission of the Kingdom of Morocco to the World Trade Organization, working as a consultant. He then served as a consultant at the Secretariat of the World Trade Organization until the year 2000.
- He joined the United Nations Program Office in the United Arab Emirates and took on the role of Project Manager for implementing the commitments of the United Arab Emirates to the World Trade Organization. In 2003, he joined the Moroccan Mission to the United Nations in New York and worked as an assistant to the Permanent Representative to the United Nations.
- In 2011, he was appointed the Consul General of the Kingdom of Morocco in the Dutch territories, stationed in Amsterdam, and remained there until he left the diplomatic corps in 2015. From 2015 to December 2021, he worked as a global trade expert at the General Secretariat of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf.
- Dr. Moulay currently works in the field of providing consulting services in international trade, issues related to the World Trade Organization, free trade agreements, and customs for some prestigious international entities, including the Gulf Industrial Consulting Organization and Price Waterhouse Cooper’s global company..
