• Radhika has extensive experience in litigation and international commercial law, having worked with several large companies and public organizations.
• She worked with law firms in the field of trade remedies and was deeply involved in developing methodology and guidance materials in all the organizations she worked with.
• She also has five years of experience working with the Directorate General of Trade Remedies in India. Where she dealt with over 50 cases, defending the Indian government and Indian exporters against cases brought by some World Trade Organization member countries against Indian exports. She represented a number of companies such as Jenl Group, Wind Turbine Factory, Welspun Group, among others.
• She also has experience from her work at the Directorate General of Trade Remedies in conducting consultations between World Trade Organization member countries.
