  • MSA: Gage R&R, Bias, Linearity, Stability
  • Process stability & capability (Continuous & Discrete Y)

Day 4

  • ANALYZE Phase: Potential causes, data analysis
  • Hypothesis testing (start)

Day 5

  • ANALYZE Phase: Regression, 5 Whys
  • IMPROVE Phase: Intro, solution generation
  • DoE: Full & Fractional Factorial Design

Day 6

  • IMPROVE Phase: Pilot & validation
  • CONTROL Phase: Control systems, validation, documentation
